Impersonate User

System administrators have the ability to impersonate other users. This can be useful if a user reports a problem with how reports are being generated, if a site administrator has an issue with a particular setting, and more.

When clicking on Impersonate User in the navigation pane, a modal window opens with the following options:

• Site - The sites configured on the server will appear in this dropdown. Select the site the user belongs to.
• Username - Once a site is selected, the users associated with that site will be listed in this dropdown. Simply select the user to impersonate.

Clicking the OK button will log the administrator in to the site as the user that was selected.
