Whether on desktop or mobile, many live chat providers include support for popular clients such as Adium, IM+, and other XMPP-based apps. In addition, many have their own clients available. SmarterMail has built-in text, voice, and video chat, teams can collaborate in real-time. SmarterMail’s XMPP/Jabber server ensures seamless messaging for individuals or small groups, whether through webmail or an instant messaging app. Additional features include file sharing, automatic archiving, and downloadable chat history, keeping conversations accessible and organized.
